Menus

The Boulevard is open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and cakes, Sussex cream tea and dinner, with a range of starters, main courses and desserts. Every day we feature a blackboard of specials which includes locally caught fresh fish and seafood (when in season) as well as our own speciality dishes. There is also an extensive childrens menu. Sample Breakfast Menu

A choice of fruit juices, cereals and toast as well as a Traditional English cooked breakfast which is served all day.

	Special Breakfast: Egg, bacon, sausages, Heinz baked beans, fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, hash browns with either toast or fried bread served with tea or coffee £7.50
	Boulevard Breakfast: Egg, bacon, sausage, hash browns, 1 toast with either tomatoes or baked beans served with tea or coffee £6.00
	Vegetarian Breakfast: Egg, tomatoes, mushrooms, Heinz baked beans, hash Browns, vegeterian sausage with either toast or fried bread served with tea or coffee £6.00
	Childrens Breakfast: Egg, Heinz baked beans with either bacon or sausage or one of each served with an orange squash or Ribena £3.50

Our choice of extras includes Toast, Bread and butter, Fried bread, Egg (fried or scrambled), Baked beans or tomatoes, Sausage, bacon, Hash browns Mushrooms and Black pudding (when available)

Lunch Time

We offer an extensive range of snacks, salads, burgers, toasted sandwiches and filled jacket potatoes in addition to our full menu of starters, main courses, desserts traditional Sunday Roasts - plus our daily specials.

	Sandwiches: Egg, cheese with tomato, onion or pickle; ham, bacon, sausage, tuna, prawns with marie-rose sauce or fresh local crab (seasonal)
	Toasted sandwiches on white or brown bread and served with a salad garnish and coleslaw: Cheese with either tomato, onion or pickle; home-cooked ham, sausage or chicken; Beef and tomato, chicken and mushroom, cheese and ham or tuna and cheese; ham, cheese, tomato and onion; chicken, sweet corn and mayonnaise; sausage, cheese and mushroom or ham cheese and pineapple.
	Jacket Potatoes served with a salad garnish and coleslaw: Various fillings including tuna, cheese and baked beans, prawns and marie-rose sauce, homemade chili con carne
	Salads: Home cooked ham; beef, chicken, lasagna, tuna, Prawns with marie-rose sauce, fresh local Crab, whole-tail scampi, battered squid rings, Mediterranean seafood in vinaigrette and Mediterranean seafood fried in batter.
	Snacks: chips, hamburger, veggie burger, hot dog, chicken breast burger, egg and chips, Home-cooked ham, chips and peas

In addition, we offer a wide choice of traditional Fish and Chips, delicious Sunday Roasts, daily specials including sole and lobster (when in season) and an extensive selection of hot and cold desserts.

	A selection of roast dinners including: Roast pork served with bramley apple sauce and stuffing; Roast beef served with yorkshire pudding and horseradish; Roast lamb served with mint sauce; Roast chicken served with stuffing (all served with either a selection of fresh seasonal vegetables, (roast potatoes and new potatoes), homemade chips and peas or mashed potato and peas)
	Traditional English Grills such as our Special Mixed Grill (Egg, bacon, sausage, 1/4 Lb hamburger, lamb chop, chips, peas, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and steak); or Sirloin steaks served with chips, peas, tomatoes, mushrooms and onions - with an additional choice of Peppercorn sauce, onion rings and coleslaw.
	Lasagnas: Traditional lasagna made using british beef mince, homemade white sauce and topped with cheddar Mediterranean vegetable lasagna - Aubergine, red pepper and a large flat mushroom, topped with mozzarella
	Fresh Fish served with chips and peas, including battered Cod, Haddock, Plaice, Huss, Skate, Whole-tail scampi, Whole plaice griddled in butter (when available)
